We are an authentic French bakery located in Primrose, Ontario, specializing in handcrafted breads, viennoiseries, and other delicacies. Step inside and experience the inviting aroma of fresh baking, a cozy atmosphere, and one-of-a-kind treats, perfectly paired with our specialty coffees.
After successfully operating a beloved food truck, Gaelle and Alan took the next step and opened Bistro DuPAIN in May 2020. Passionate about quality and tradition, we are always refining our craft to bring a true taste of France to Primrose.
Our Flour
We proudly bake with Signature T65 flour from Les Moulins de Soulanges in Quebec. This Canadian, GMO-free hard red spring wheat is sustainably grown to protect the environment and ensure exceptional quality.
